Ad Hoc

We had to stop by Thomas Keller's fried chicken place. Being from Saratoga, we know a thing or two about fried chicken. It's been a few years (as I post this), but I remember this being really good, but not blow your mind. Still, it was open on a Monday. And you're eating Thomas Keller's food. I'm definitely not complaining.  :)
